Original green cloth, gilt lettering on white to spine. A UK first edition, first impression. The book is in bright condition. The boards are clean and bright, the corners sharp. The spine is unfaded and fresh. Unusually the delicate white enamel panel on the spine is practically untouched - there is a tiny chip to it at the bottom right hand corner. The spine is gently bruised at the top and bottom. The pages are clean. No foxing. The closed page edges are bright - they are trivially dusty. The binding is tight. No loose pages. No dog-eared pages. There are no previous ownership inscriptions.
