A UK first edition. Publishers red cloth titled in gilt. TEG. Ads dated February 1910 ( later issue). No wrapper. The book is square and tight. The boards are clean and unfaded. The spine has dulled, the spine ends are gently bruised. The gilt lettering on the spine and front board is bold. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are tanned - the top edge is soiled. The binding is tight, the hinges are fragile but solid. There are no dog-eared or loose pages. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A nice copy.
