WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is bright, clean and complete. It is unclipped, showing the price 16s. on the inside flap. The front panel is bright and bold. The spine is unfaded and fresh, showing a touch of trivial scuffing at the head. The back panel is lightly soiled and has a single closed tear( 1cm ) running down from the top edge. Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is square and very tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded. The corners are sharp. The spine ends are gently bruised. The pages are clean. No foxing. The closed page edges are unmarked. There are no dog-eared or loose pages. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges.
