Williams, Jonathan - Imaginary Postcards

Forty black and white images derived by Tom Phillips from old photographs. Not published due to a disagreement about the book's design. The publisher, nevertheless, distributed the 120 copies that had already been produced to his friends. Uncommon thus.

Wrapper : The wrapper on this copy is bright, clean, complete and unclipped. There is a small - and barely noticeable - ding on the front panel. Looks sharp.

Book : The book is square and very tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded. It shows inconsequential bruising to the spine ends. The pages are clean and bright. The closed page edges are unmarked. The rear endpaper is creased. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. No remainder marks. An attractive copy in a protected wrapper.
