Wurr, H J - Who Dies Next ?

Undated, but 1939 ( Hubin ). A UK First Edition, first impression.

Wrapper: The wrapper on this copy is bright. It has unclipped, but has a 4/- sticker over the printed price. The panels show light wear to the extremities. each of the four corners on the front panel being nicked. The base of the spine is scuffed. There is minor loss - not affecting the lettering - to the head of the spine. Looks solid. A rare survival.

Book: The book is sound and tight. The boards are bright and clean. There is light bruising to the spine ends and some fading ( corresponding to the loss on the jacket ) at the head. The corners are sharp. The pages are bright and clean. The closed page edges show light spotting. There are no ownership inscriptions. The rear board / endpaper hinge is starting. A decent copy.
