To all intents and purposes the first edition, preceded by the discarded first edition, of which only 4 copies remain. A well preserved copy - unfaded, tight, no inscriptions - in the original stiff-card wrappers, deSIGNED by Jack Yeats. The overlapped edges on the book are - as ever - bruised. The wrapper is slightly bruised at the edges and spine ends. It is toned to te spine and also to the edges. Unclipped. A decent copy.
